As a first time home buyer I was very nervous to start the process and didn't know what to expect, but she was patient and helped me understand every step. Alicia was wonderful at negotiating with the sellers on my behalf too! Any appointments like inspections or repairs, she handled on my behalf and kept me well informed. I really can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to buy a house, especially first time home buyers.
