Alicia is well connected, responsive, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous to start the process and didn't know what to expect, but she was patient and helped me understand every step. Alicia was wonderful at negotiating with the sellers on my behalf too! Any appointments like inspections or repairs, she handled on my behalf and kept me well informed. I really can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone in the market to buy a house, especially first time home buyers.

Alicia was quite knowledgeable in ways I had not thought of before...she worked hard to communicate our questions to the seller...extra hard even as our sellers agent was incredibly non-responsive and even at times quite rude...yet Alicia held her ground and worked hard to overcome every obstacle, and there were many. Her team was likewise great to work with after we had signed a contract. Closing went smoothly. If only the seller had an agent who was as willing to do her job as we did! Good job Alicia!
